• These are luxury townhouse apartments located in a quiet neighborhood bordered on one side by the woods. All units feature private entrances on two sides of the building, and are limited to a maximum of four occupants per unit. This is a two bedroom unit.
• I'm sorry, but this complex does not participate in Section 8 or HUD sponsored housing.
• This unit is a non-student rental. If you are looking for student rentals, may I suggest any number of local units by doing an internet search for "Clarion University Apartments".
• Unit is smoking/vaping free and no pets are allowed.

• Professionally done painting and wallcovering in all units.
• The color scheme for this unit is a neutral medium mauve, with off white walls. There is wall covering in the kitchen and bath.
• Unit consists of a basement, first and second floor. About 1,020 sq. ft living area with about 500 sq. ft. of basement.
• The private basement is accessible only from inside the unit, no sharing with other tenants as in some apartment complexes.
• Plush carpet throughout, except basement. Kitchen, bath, and front entrance have linoleum floors.
  • Typical utility bills considering for two people:
    • Electric varies from about $130 per month in summer with air conditioning to about $80 per month during cooler or winter.
    • Refuse collection about $28 per month.
    • Natural gas varies from about $115 per month in winter to about $30 per month in the summer.
    • Water and sewer averages about $85 per month.
    • Other utilities are consistent with the area and level of service.

Humidity controlled basement. Basement walls painted with waterproofing paint. Plenty of storage.	All units feature their own high efficiency furnances and hot water tanks. A single laundry tub and a high efficiency clothes washer and dryer are provided in this unit.	Sink side of the kitchen shows lots of cabinet storage. All kitchens feature dishwashers and garbage disposals in sinks.

This unit features an above range vent hood with light, and an electric range featuring a steam-cleaning oven with baking timer, and an easy cleaning glass top.	A generous sized self-defrosting refriderator/freezer is provided with this unit.	A combination light and fan is featured in this unit just above where you would place your dining room table, also provided is the vertical blinds.

Going upstairs you will find a generous sized built-in linen closet in upstairs hallway.	The guest or second bedroom also has a nice sized lighted clothes closet, with an area for a desk, computer desk, or chest of drawers. All rooms except the bathroom have windows.	Entering the second floor bathroom, you see a color coordinated vanity with sink, backsplash, and large mirror.
This unit contains a one piece tub/shower unit with sliding glass doors.	The master bedroom is large and featues it's own good sized lighted closet and two windows. Windows in apartment all open and have screens.	Here's another view of the bath room. Notice the large medicine cabinet with glass shelves.

• There is no bath in basement or first floor.
• Cement patio is located just outside of the six foot sliding patio doors just off the dining room section of the kitchen.
• Off-street parking lot. Two spaces per apartment.
